Linen Ramie by the meter
Very high quality linen fabric made from Ramie.
Ramie is also called China grass because that's exactly where the miracle plant comes from. It belongs to the nettle family and has properties that are confusingly similar to linen - including its appearance.
This fabric is characterized by its firm feel and beautiful colors. As you wash it, the linen ramie becomes softer and more comfortable to wear. A real natural product!
The material is tear-resistant and robust, as well as completely inelastic.
Like linen, ramie has some natural properties: it is lint-free, dirt-repellent, antistatic and bactericidal. The fabric is also breathable, it can absorb air moisture and release it into the environment - this is why fabrics made from ramie and linen have a cooling effect.
